Proposals

Send the proposal while they still remember calling you

Upload the plan. Cloer measures it, prices the trades you carry against your own rates, and fills in the proposal wording. You review it and send a link the client signs without printing anything.

STEP 1

Upload the drawing

A PDF plan set, a photo of a printed sheet, or a picture of the room. Cloer measures openings, wall and floor areas, and perimeters.

STEP 2

Check the takeoff and the price

Every detection lands on a canvas over your drawing. Move, resize, or add anything, then price it against your own price book. Nothing goes out that you haven't looked at.

STEP 3

Send a link they can sign

The client opens it on a phone, picks any options you offered, types or draws a signature, and you get the accepted total back with a timestamp.

What's on it

  • Photo gallery for site conditions or product selections
  • Signature block with a full audit record

Questions

Can I try it without paying?
Yes. You can read a plan, correct the takeoff, price it, and build the complete proposal without an account. It stays watermarked until you subscribe, and downloading or sending it is what a plan pays for.
Does the client need an account to sign?
No. They open a link, review the proposal, and sign in the browser. Nothing to install and no login.
Are the prices yours or ours?
Yours. The price book is editable per item, and quantities come off the takeoff. Cloer never invents a rate.
What if the AI reads the plan wrong?
You correct it on the canvas before pricing. The takeoff is a starting point, not an answer you have to accept, and you can calibrate the scale off a known dimension.

One plan read produces all of it

The takeoff measured the job once. Every document below comes off those same numbers.
