Construction assistant

An AI that knows the job — and can invoice it

Price a driveway, sequence a bathroom, work out how many squares that roof needs. When it prices something you get line items, not paragraphs — and one tap turns them into a real invoice in your account.

01What it does

It ends in something you can use

Prices into line items

Describe the work in a sentence. You get the itemised invoice a customer expects, priced, with what it assumed spelled out.

Measures into quantities

Dimensions in, materials out — squares of shingle, linear feet of baseboard, yards of concrete.

Work into a sequence

Which trade goes first, what blocks what, and where the inspection sits.

02The honest part

It drafts. You decide.

You have been sold magic software before. This is not that. It is fast at the part that is tedious — itemising, sequencing, working out quantities, writing the awkward email — and it tells you what it assumed so you can check it.

  • Prices are starting points, not quotes
  • Code answers say to verify locally
  • Nothing is created or sent without you
  • It says when it doesn't know
03Questions
What can it actually do?
Price a job into line items, sequence a remodel, work out materials from dimensions, explain a spec, and draft the awkward messages — a late-payment nudge, a change-order explanation. When it prices something you get the line items, not just prose, and one tap turns them into a real invoice in your account.
Is it just ChatGPT with a different logo?
The model underneath is a general one. The difference is what surrounds it: it knows the trades and the units you actually use, it answers for somebody standing on a job rather than sitting at a desk, and its answers land in your invoices, your sketches and your schedule instead of a chat window you have to copy out of.
Can I trust the prices?
Treat them as a starting point, never a quote. Rates vary enormously by region and by what you can actually buy materials for. It tells you what it assumed so you can check it — and anything about code says to verify with your local authority, because that genuinely varies and changes.
Does it see my invoices and customers?
No. It answers the question you ask it. Drafting an invoice puts the lines in front of you and waits — nothing is created or sent until you press the button.
What does it cost?
It's included on the paid plans, with a monthly allowance well inside what the plan costs. There's no per-message charge and no surprise bill — when the allowance is used up it says so and resets on the 1st.
